Android & iOS Users
Do NOT connect to the eBox-BLE device from your phone settings. Please follow the steps below to connect to the eBox-BLE.
*Use iOS as an example
Example:
Step 1: Go to your phone settings and find Bluetooth
Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth but do NOT connect to the eBox-BLE device (Wrong step: if you connect to eBox-BLE device here, it will ask for a PIN code).
Step 3: Quit your phone settings and go directly to EPEVER phone app, then select “BLE”.
Step 4: The app automatically searches for devices, if not, please click on the “Search” button.
Step 5: Select your Ebox-BLE device.
Step 6: Return to the main page and you are all set after shown “Device Connected”
